After a small Chinese phone manufacturer has won a plagiarism accusation against Apple now needed a stop for iPhone sales in the capital Beijing.

The judgment was set by the Beijing Intellectual Property Office which claims that consumers can not “notice the minimal differences” between the iPhone 6S / 6S Plus and Bailis 100C.
Apple appealed but the decision directly and in writing, not plucked off their products from the shelves in the Chinese market. A sales stop composed would be a major economic blow when China is one of Apple’s biggest markets for Iphone sales.
