The German Sennheiser is now presented its latest luxury product, a pair of headphones for € 50 000, about 470 000 kronor. The model is called “Orpheus” and comes with an amplifier in Carrara marble from Italy, writes The Register .
custom built site has been created for the headphones which describes with grandiose words and commercials and an interactive game where you can carve out a sound way out of a monolith from outer space.
“The purest of sounds, sheltered from the chaos and noise of the outside world, is now ready to enter up from the monument’s heart, “it says, among other things, whether the headphones which has a silver-plated copper wire, handmade earmuffs genuine leather and an accompanying tube amp.
