Again, Swedbank experiencing trouble with one of its banking services. This time, the Internet bank that are malfunctioning, customers find it difficult to reach the site.
– The page is not down in the technical sense, but many customers experience it as slow and it can sometimes not be reached. Sometimes one enters, but five minutes later not, says Claes Warren, press contact at Swedbank.
Technologies is currently locate and analyze the fault, but until they have an answer to why the error occurred is it is difficult to say when everything works as it should again. No planned updates have been completed so there is no reason this time. Telephone and mobile banking is not affected by the problem.
This summer hit the bank of a comprehensive system breakdown, the third in the space of just over six months. Now it’s not such a big error in these situations.
– But it does not really matter for those customers who suffer, whether it is great or not. For them it is just as bad anyway, says Claes Warren.
