New bid at Hemnet – Sveriges Radio

According to the news site Breakit is it the american private equity firm General Atlantic, along with Pierre Siri – founder of annonssajten Block and Henrik Persson with a background in the Kinnevik – which put a bid on Hemnet.

In the summer stopped the Fca an attempt to sell bostadssajten to the media group Schibsted, with reference to Schibsted already owns the runner-up on the market Block. Then was the price tag of one and a half billion crowns.

Hemnet is today owned by Soliditet, Fastighetsmäklarförbundet, real estate agents, and Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. And now their members are shortly to take a position to bid.
