A professor at Lund university used the research data he had not the right to. Now folds he of scientific misconduct.

In 2015 sent the professor and a researcher at a foreign university in articles for publication in an international journal.

A colleague noticed that the articles contained research data that professor had the right to use without permission from the other scientists at the laboratory in Lund.

After investigation of the case found the university the

researcher is guilty of scientific misconduct. He thus becomes the first felled then the investigating board was set up in 2010.

the Board also aims criticism towards the researcher, then the data he used was flawed, something both the colleague and the other experts pointed out.
