MTG: Increases ownership in Splay to 81%, previously 49%

 (SIX) media company MTG has increased its holding in Splay from 49  to 81 percent, according to a press release. MTG has acquired  additional shares from splays Founder and made direct investments  in the company.       Splay will be consolidated within MTGx after transaction completion.       "The company's content is currently generating over 120 million  impressions per month (an increase of more than 900 percent since the start of  2014) at their 430 YouTube channels.
