Since the release of Book Surface and Surface Pro 4 has a steady stream of complaints landed in Microsoft’s lap. Now the technology giant out and asking for pardon for any mishaps.

- For those of you who have had anything but a perfect experience, we would like to apologize for the frustration this has caused, the company writes on its support forums.
Among the errors are flickering screens, unexplained crashes and computers jaws battery even though they are set at rest. Some of the errors have been corrected, others will be addressed in future updates.
Microsoft also writes that they “are working to release more updates and solutions as soon as possible.”

The company seems very eager to get their Christmas presents this year, for this is the second apology in a short time. Microsoft also wants forgiveness for how they handled Onedrives cloud storage. Just over a month ago they decided to reduce the space 15-5 gigabytes of free users – but now they have thought about.
