The solar eclipse over Sweden this morning was missed by most because the weather was overcast in most places. It could therefore not directly see that the moon covered the parts of the solar disk. But some who had an eye with their instruments were researchers at the Centre for Solar Energy Research at Dalarna in Borlänge.
– At 11 o’clock when it was darkest were only 10% of solar energy reaching the earth, says Mats Rönnelid, associate professor at the School.
