News A young man says he has documented his journey from Senegal to Spain. Pictures are then posted on Instagram.
Thousands of people attempt to cross the Mediterranean to a safer existence in Europe. Many people fail to get the dangerous road, others succeed, but rarely get to see pictures from the trip.
A young man now looks to have instagrammat his trip from Senegal in West Africa to Europe. In the account “abdoudiouf1993″ has strong images of the desert, luggage compartments and beaches posted. Huffington Post is one of the papers that highlighted the trip as Abdou says he has made.
The images began to be published for about a week ago, and Abdou describes in detail the various steps on the dangerous journey that has now taken him to Spain.Under the image that appears to be the first write Abdou:
“Today I begin a new dream. Today I start my trip to Europe for a better future for my family. I will tell you about my trip here. Hope you like it “
Then he shows how he loads up with a cutting, packing and a final stable meals.
“cycle for the first tour. I know not what is to come. Problems, tears and cold but I’m positive “
The first stop was Atar.Then, seeing trip out to become increasingly difficult. Pictures show a sweaty hiking in the heat.
“The guide says that we can not stop. Then we lose the two thousand euros we paid for the boat.”
The image then is taken in the night. Abdou writes that it is near Morocco, in the desert. “No food, only cookies and juice. The fire is the cold,” he writes.
“Hidden in the trunk of a car. Trying to take us across the border. No air. My legs hurt. Wish me luck”
The journey to Morocco to have gone well. In the image below runs the group “the future”, according to Abdou.
