Today Friday portions Young Academy and Nobel laureate Torsten Wiesel for the first time Torsten Wiesel Midnight Sun Award at the people behind the TV series The Big Bang Theory.
One of them is Professor of High Energy Physics David Saltzberg. It is he who comes with the scientific background to the entire series. That he has done since its inception in 2006.
He is currently in Stockholm to receive the prize, and one of our former colleagues, freelance journalist Torill Kornfeldt, a real Big Bang Theory Geek, met him.
