Iphone threatened by sales stop in California – Swedish Dagbladet

The legislators in the state that has submitted a proposal of the same type as the New York State already put forward, namely that the selling phones with encryption that is not can be unlocked to be forced to pay a fine.

Considering that the states of California and New York have established similar bill, it could potentially pave the way for a similar bill drawn up by Supreme Court of the United States.
