Apple has created an energy – Dagens Industri

Apple has formed an energy company. The drive can be connected to a future system of charging stations for electric cars that the company is believed to develop.

US technology giant Apple has created a subsidiary – Apple Energy. The new company is incorporated in Delaware in the US East Coast, but will be powered by Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino outside San Francisco, reports 9to5Mac.

The company has been formed to sell excess electricity from Apple’s solar parks in Cupertino and Nevada that will provide the company’s operations in the US with electricity. The plan is to sell electricity in the United States.

The venture a utility can also be that Apple may have an interest in any charging stations for electric cars that the company is believed to develop.
