Oxelosund come in summer to lose one of the most expansive companies operating in the municipality, the IT consultancy Sogeti with 20 employees in Oxelösund.
Sogeti plans to double its workforce while moving his office to Nyköping.
Sogeti, who has been strongly linked to the steel company SSAB , has found more customers and moving to be closer to his new market in Eskilstuna, Norrköping and Stockholm, according to the district manager Tomas Öberg.
He also says that it has been difficult to recruit in Oxelösund.
Since the company started recruiting for its new office in Nyköping, the number of job applications has tripled.
