Apple recognizes problems with the iPad Pro – 99mac

Some customers who bought the iPad Pro perceive that the device does not respond after being charged, and to restart it.

Apple has published a support document where they write that they are aware of the problem and working on a solution. Until further advised those who have the problem, restart the device by pressing and holding the Home button and start button simultaneously.
