– Pure spam or questions about why we do not respond to your specific letter will result in the suspension. We respond to just the letter we want, and we will do everything to answer as many as possible each day.
– Instead of asking what we think about the game X or Y, read the review of our review archives.
– If you found a bug, or other technical problem on the site, tell it instead via our bug report form.
– All letters with headlines like “When?” or “Hey!” discarded. A clearly worded headline increases the chance that we will answer your specific letter.
– We will settle all the letters before they are published. The less that needs to be corrected, the greater the chance that it will be published. Therefore, make sure that the correct spell your letter before you send it.
– Use the search engine and check if your question has already been answered in previous letters. We have already responded to over 50,000 letters, so the chance is great.
