Apple is trying again: updating IOS 8 – 99mac

Early on Friday, Apple released a new update to IOS 8 with version number 8.0.2 . It will fix a number of bugs, including those that the previous update wreaked.

Apple released and quickly pulled back iOS 8.0.1 on Wednesday when it asked for with more troubles than it cooked. Several iPhone 6 and 6 Plus owners reported that they completely lost the connection to the mobile network and the Touch ID stopped working.

According to Apple, it was less than 40 000 units affected by the problems and has instead released iOS 8.0.2 to the public so far does not seem to have been up to something for the users.
