Several Note 7 users switch to the Iphone – 99mac

According to figures from IDC, approximately half of Note 7-users switched to Apple’s Iphone, but the study only consists of 24 persons.

Earlier in the month recalled #Samsung its stricken mobile phone #Galaxy Note 7, following a number of reported cases where the phone overheating. Profits for Samsung’s mobildivision plummeted as a result of 30%, customers who purchased a Note 7 have been offered money back or change to another telephone.

the analyst firm IDC conducted a survey where Note 7-the owner asked which mobile phone they changed to. The survey was conducted online, and a total of asked 1 082 american consumers. Only 24 of the respondents, however, had a Note 7, so it is difficult to draw any secure conclusions of the study. Half of the respondents said that they had chosen or intend to choose an Iphone instead of its Note 7. Seventeen percent (about 4 pieces) said they would choose another Samsung phone.

A majority of respondents also stated that they would return their Note 7 in a store instead of mailing it, and most stated that the problems with the Note 7 would not affect future decisions to buy other Samsung products.
