Now you can use your phone as a PC – New Technology

       

By connecting the Elite x3 to a dock connected to a normal screen, you can use it as a normal work computer, complete with keyboard and mouse. It all apps will use Microsoft technology Windows 10 Continuum, which among other things includes a number of their regular programs in the Microsoft Office Suite.

In HP’s package included except phone dock Desk Dock to work with programs from phone on a full-sized monitor, the thin client Mobile Extender (which essentially consists of a 12.5-inch screen plus a keyboard), as well as HP’s software package HP Workspace, which includes a number of virtualized Windows applications, that run in the cloud.

– People have not yet really understood that with Windows 10 is the first time that a provider has fully integrated the underlying core. This means that the device you’re using – a PC, a laptop, a tablet, a phone, a Hololens or a large screen – rendered all from the same operating system core, said Michael Park, HP Mobility Manager to ZDNet.

to further attract business, HP has provided the package with extra security. The phone include dual biometric authentication is using both fingerprint and eye-iris tendons. In addition, 128-bit BitLocker encryption software and 256-bit encryption of disk storage.

The phone and other parts of the package will go on sale this summer. The price is not yet announced.

The problem is that Windows 10 Mobile so far has not managed to make a major impression. The operating system had, according to IDC, a market share of just 2.2 percent in 2015. IDC also do not believe that the percentage will change much in the coming years.
