Nokia has sued Apple for patent infringement, and now responds to Apple with the same coin. Nokia is alleged to have hidden patents under a previous agreement.
yesterday reported 99mac #Nokia filed a lawsuit against the #Apple existing 32 different patents in several courts. According to Nokia includes patents every Iphone model since the 3GS, every Ipad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
Now, Apple has sued Nokia back, and accusing the company of deliberately withheld the relevant patents from a deal that Nokia and Apple did in 2011. This happened after the last time the two companies sued each other, reports the Wall Street Journal. According to Apple, the Nokia to have transferred the patents to other companies to be able to require the later royalty payments.
