The Internet continues to grow in Sweden – 99mac

Since the year 2000, the internet infrastructure foundation in Sweden (IIS) examined the internet habits of swedes in the report Swedes and the internet. Now they have released the 2016 annual report. 16 years ago it was only 50% of the Swedish people who used the internet and today, the corresponding figure is just over 90 per cent. Since last year, internet use increased by two percentage points.

Many two-year-olds using the internet

on average, we use the internet 24 hours a week, but those who use the internet most frequently is the age group of 16 to 25 who on average spend almost 40 hours a week on the internet. Popular with mobile
